- Classic Eggs Benedict toasted English muffin, canadian bacon, poached eggs and key lime hollandaise with herb potato gratin
- Crapes Stuffed with Berries and Vanilla Ricotta Cheese topped with chantilly cream and raspberry sauce
- Smoked Turkey Torta Rustica brioche torte with layers of smoked turkey, spinach, roasted peppers, provolone and gournay cheeses
- Cashew Dusted Monte Cristo Sandwich
sliced dearborn ham, smoked turkey and swiss chese with honey mustard on a cashew dusted sourdough with spicy raspberry sauce on the side

Package B - $16.00 per person (Sundays Only)
- Sauteed Crab Cakes Benedct Two crab cakes, two poached eggs, avacado slices with key lime hollandaise and bacon over herb potato gratin
- FrenchToast Stuffed with Fresh Strawberries topped with chantilly cream and served with our truffled "jerk" sausage patties or applewood smoked bacon and herb potato gratin
- Eggs Florentine with Smoked Salmon Scrambled eggs over creamed spinish on toasted english muffin with key lime hollandaise, slices smoked salmon and herb potato gratin
- PetitFilet and Eggs 4oz Petite filet mignon served with wild mushroom demi glace, two eggs any style and herb potato gratin

Package C - $22.95 per person (Buffet, 24 Person Minimum)

Package L1 - $14.95 per person*
-Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
with Dusty's key lime caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and herb garlic croutons
-Toasted Cashew Dusted Monte Cristo  Dearborn ham, smoked turkey and swiss cheese with honey mustard on cashew dusted sourdough with spicy raspberry sauce and sweet potato fries
-Mesclun Greens Salad w/Sauteed Salmon Filet with dried cranberries, spiced walnuts, brie, red onion and herb balsamic vinaigrette
- Chicken Crepes diced chicken breast meat in a thickened stock seasoned with Herb De Provence wrapped in a pair of crepes and topped with Dagano cheese

Package L2 - $18.95 per person*
   - Soup of the Day or Small Caesar Salad

- Herbs de provence Chicken Crepes with Asiago Cheese Gratinee two crapes filled with all white chicken meat in a herb de provence veloute
- Bistro Meatloaf sliced grilled beef and pork meatloaf over mashed potatoes with hunter sauce and crispy onions. Hunter sauce is a mushroom, shallot, tomato, beef sauce with Marsala Wine and Fresh Rosemary
-Smoked Turkey Torta Rustica  Smoked turkey, herb garlic gournay cheese with artichoke hearts, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers and spinach layered and baked in brioche dough
-Monte Cristo Smoked ham and smoked turkey with Dagano cheese and honey mustard on a grilled Cashew dusted Sourdough bread with spicy raspberry sauce and sweet potato fries

-Cajun Spiced Penne Rigate Pasta w/ Monster Shrimp  saffron penne pasta in a cajun spiced roasted red pepper and mushroom cream sauce topped with toasted pine nuts and parmesan cheese
-Hanger Steak topped with fresh wasabi butter and served with bacon cheddar and chive potato mash
-Sashimi Grilled Tuna Nicoise fresh grilled sashimi grade tuna topped with a kalamanta olive tapenade and dizzled with lemon infused olive oil-Dusty's Stuffed Boneless Chicken Breast stuffed with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, herb gournay cheese
