Dusty's Cellar.com enables you to shop with ease and order popular Dusty's Cellar products online. Dusty's Cellar.com offers a safe and secure web site, multiple shipping options, and personal account management. Our goal is to guarantee the best possible online shopping experience.

Dusty's Cellar "My Account" gives you the ability to quickly shop online and effortlessly mange your personal orders.

The Ordering Process for New Customers

Once you have selected all the items you wish to order (the items that are listed in the Shopping Cart) there are five simple steps to complete.

Step 1: Username & Password From the Shopping Cart, click on "Go to Checkout". Enter a unique username and password under "Step 1 of 5" (located in the right hand column) that will be easy for you to remember. Click on "Step 2 of 5".

Step 2: Billing Information Enter your name, address, phone, and E-mail address (Fax and email subscription is optional). This information will be saved with your username and password as your Dusty's Cellar Account. Click on "Step 3 of 5"

Step 3: Select Shipping Feature You can select one of three options:

  • Personal Purchase Ship the order to yourself. The purchase will be sent to the billing address you entered (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes).
  • Gift Purchase Ship to a recipient other than yourself or to yourself at an address different than your billing address (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes).
  • Multipurchasing Send one [1] quantity to each recipient listed: this requires you to enter multiple shipping addresses. Make sure you order a quantity equal to the number of addresses you list. We give you this option to allow you to send one type of gift to a number of recipients simultaneously.

Step 4: Credit Card Authorization Enter in your credit card number, credit card type, and expiration date. In order to validate the purchase, the credit card information must be the same as the billing address information. Important: Upon confirmation, your credit card number is cleared from the online ordering process. We do not store your credit card information in your Dusty's Cellar Account.

Step 5: Review Information & Confirm Order Verify all the information you entered and check if your order is correct. You may still go back and change any information by clicking on the browser's "Back" button. When you ready to confirm your order, click on "Complete Order" only once. The order will be processed and an email will be sent to the email address you provided. Your Dusty's Cellar Account information will also be sent along in an email to you.

Ordering Procedures & Guidelines


Substitutions
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. Wine and beer will only be shipped within the state of Michigan. All shipments to other states the beer and wine will be substituted with a non alcoholic beverage and or other food items.

Address Corrections
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:

Recipient Name(s)
Company Name (if applicable)
Street Number and Street Name
Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
Zip Code
Please verify all shipping addresses before placing order

If you, or the carriers request a corrected or more complete address after we ship your gift basket, there is a $10.00 fee per gift basket. Please verify all shipping addresses before placing order

If UPS, FedEx, or Airborne returns your gift basket to us as undeliverable, you then have the option of re-shipping the same basket to a new address and paying a new shipping charge, or receiving a credit for 90% of the price of the gift basket (we have a 10% restocking fee). The shipping charge is non-refundable.

Carrier Failure
If a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Airborne fails to deliver your gift basket on time, except in the case of an act of God (including bad weather) or an act of war, your shipping charges may be refunded in full.

United States Only
Dustyscellar.com only ships within the fifty states of the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories or other countries. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes. For gift baskets shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, you must select Next Day delivery.

Orders Processed Monday Through Friday. Dusty's Cellar will process and ship your orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Deadline For Same Day Shipping
If we receive your order by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Eastern Standard Time, we will ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we will ship your order on the next business day (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.

Delivery Options
You have the option of shipping your gift baskets using:

  • Ground Delivery
    (Please allow 5-7 business days for Ground Delivery.)
  • Next Day

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EST and request 2nd Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Friday and it will be delivered on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EST and request 2nd Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Monday and it will be delivered on Wednesday.

Shipping rates vary by gift basket. Ground and Air Pricing will be given at checkout

Hawaii and Alaska
You must select Next Day delivery for gift baskets shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Valid Addresses
You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses including street number, street name including floor, suite or apartment number, and zip code. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or military boxes.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates
Dusty's recommends that you order early for best gift basket selection and to save money on shipping. The cut-off time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EST.If ordered by 12:00 noon EST

We use an order form to gather the shipping and billing information that allows us to process your orders speedily and accurately and to contact you if we need more information to process your order. When you order from Dustyscellar.com we collect this information: your name, telephone number, email address, fax number, and billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address). We also collect
shipping information for gift recipients to ensure correct delivery.

We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing, or shipping your order.

In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets or business of Dustyscellar.com , the information we collect from our customers may be transferred as an asset to the new company.
